Predicting Degree and Spatial Pattern of MS Lesion Tissue Recovery

3x3 panels of scan results

PREVAIL: In this work, our lab developed a model for predicting the degree and spatial pattern of MS lesion tissue recovery. The model is based solely on lesion presentation at incidence and patient demographic information, increasing its clinical feasibility over methods that require data from regular follow-up scans. This method performed well when rated for accuracy by expert MS clinicians, and represents an opportunity for improved clinical decision-making and trial enrichment. Dworkin et al. (2016)
